At the Winx Club Official Shop, we want you to be magical in your new gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
